The Effects Of The Yimusake Tablet On The NNOS And ENOS Expression In The Corpus Cavernosum Tissue Of Erectile Dysfunction Diabetic Rats

Objective: To study the effects of the Yimusake tablet on the nNOS and eNOS expression in the corpus cavernosum tissue of erectile dysfunction diabetic rat. Methods: 60 Male Sprague-Dwaley rats with normal erectile function were injected with streptozotozin to make experimental models of diabetes melliuts(DM), then injected with apomorphine in all of the DM rats to selecte erectile dysfunction rats models with dibaetes. The 10 nomral rats is in the Normal group, the ED rats were devided into the DED group, the Yimusake group, the insulin group, the Yimusake with insulin group; the diabetic rats which didn't occur ED were called the DM group; the rats didn't occur diabetes were called the STZ group. The eNOS and nNOS expression were detected by means of SP immunohistochemistry .Results: The eNOS, nNOS expression in DED and DM group was significantly lower than the control group (P = 0.000, P = 0.000); The eNOS, nNOS expression in Yimusake group was higher than DM of ED group (P = 0.001, P = 0.000) and DM group(P = 0.04, P = 0.004), but lower than the Yimusake -insulin group (P = 0.000, P = 0.000);the insulin group was higher than DM of ED group (P = 0.000, P = 0.000) and DM group(P = 0.000, P = 0.000), but lower than the Yimusake- Insulin group (P = 0.044, P = 0.000); Yimusake- insulin group was significantly higher than Yimusake group (P = 0.000, P = 0.000) and insulin group (P = 0.044, P = 0.000) .Conclusion: Yimusake tablet has some effects in distinctly promoting the erectile function of diabetic rats,and distinctly increase the content of eNOS and nNOS.
