[Oblective] The animal experiments, the use of 2% iodine and methylene blue on the CCI devastating neurological rats at different time points observation block pain threshold and morphological changes of nerve tissue, in order to evaluate the two drugs on the neuropathy Rational pain analgesic effect,and explore the possible mechanism for future clinical application of the provision of effective and objective information and theoretical basis.[Method] To 60 SD female pantheress rats has been injected based to different medicine after operation ,random to split into chronic sciatic nerve deligation hurts(CCI) team, methylene blue and iodine tincture for 3 teams, 20 rats per team,base bennett create CCI model for all 3 teams,CCI team deligation team injection NS: other teams inject methylene blue and 2%iodine tincture compoud fluid.After opertion immediately.After operation .For every team,3 days,7 days ,2 weeks Abstact from different teams use Von-frey filaments to testified mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT),observe to painneess result, and random abstract two rats to kill,split sciatic nerve,tissue moud,embedding,section,staining,use light microscope to observe the nerve fiber structure has been changed. The methods of statistics: the results were analyzed by ANOVA, and processed by SPSS 11.5.[Results] Iodine makes more pain inhibition effect of methylene blue slightly. Both drugs can lead to nerve fibers in the non-selective destruction ,and methylene blue on the extent of damage nerve fibers play little minor role, but iodine on the extent of the nerve damage play major role. Thus, in the role of neuropathic pain has different mechanism. In addition, the extent of the damage on drug and pain suppression, as well as the relationship between the effects of nerve regeneration and pain related to the recurrence of such need to be further studied.[Conclusion] 2% methylene blue and 2% iodine both have inhibited the effect of neuropathic pain,and they can lead nerve tissue to a non-pathological changes, and myelinated nerve fibers involved. More methylene blue inhibit iodine Pain stronger, and drugs on a certain degree of nerve damage relations.
