Study on methods of voice rehabilitation abstraction and measurements is an essential part of the voice rehabilitation work. A voice rehabilitation system which has a precise abstraction and measurements standards would be great helpful to the track on evaluation the voice patients' medical treatments, and could be the basement of a suitable voice rehabilitation system. In order to have the most precise evaluation on voice rehabilitation system, the study in terms of theory, model and simulation experiments are present in this dissertation.On the basis of the research and work on vocal fold vibration and voice source properties, we come up to transmitted voice and its sub-glottal vocal tract with the new definition of glottal voice source. This work has made up the fundaments for the voice source abstraction.Concerning to the work of voice source abstraction section, we have studied on linear prediction inverse filter, nonlinear prediction inverse filter and complex cepstrum respectively for the voice abstraction, then to conclude and analyze these three methods and suitable application fields. Since the measurements on voice source rehabilitation was not thoroughly and the current estimated methods of Harmonic to Noise ratio of voiced speech outside mouth in time domain and frequency domain have many deficiencies, we come up to the research on wavelet transform and ICA methods. Particularly, we have conduct the simulation experiments on different types of circumstances in terms of normal, pressed, breathy, falsetto and some laryngeal diseases. Moreover, we concluded with the suitable application fields for these two methods respectively.Through the research in this dissertation, we have built the theory and experiment basement for the upcoming voice source rehabilitation concrete platform in order to realize the system eventually. It would be forwarding the voice rehabilitation work with the great value in terms of social and commercial.
