Objective: To evaluation the videourodynamic application in patients with lower urinary tracts voiding dysfunction .Methods :64 patients with lower urinary tracts voiding dysfunction were evaluated by videourodynamic examination. 28 patients were neurogenic bladder, 22(80%) being hyporeflexia and 6(20%) hyperreflexia; 15 female patients with stress urinary incontinence,12 beingâ… subtype,5 beingâ…¡subtype ,2 beingâ…¢subtype;15 patientss were benign prostatic hyperplasia;4 patientss were post prostatectomy incontinence; 4 female patientss were dysuresia.Results:5 patients were vesicoureteral reflux, 25 patients were diverticula or trabecula, 8 Patients were external detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia, 1 patient was stricture in distal urethral.Conclusion : Videourodynamics was a combination of evaluate the bladder function and morphous。The videourodynamic study should be an essential examination for patients with complex lower urinary tracts urination.
