Objective: To assess the therapeutic effect of differential ways of ventilation , differential time endotracheal intubation and differential equipment of ventilation for patients with cardiopulmonary arrest.Method: The clinical data was collected from 125 cases with cardiopulmonary arrest(the adult patient).According to whether inserts a tube, all of them was divided into endotracheal intubation(EI) group and mask ventilation(MV)group:EI 79 cases with average age of 58.92±17.91years (male?female 43?34). According to intubation time,EI group was divided into 2 sub-groups:instant endotracheal intubation(IEI) group (<5min) and delayed endotracheal intubation(DEI) group(5min~15 min):IEI 55 cases with average age of 56.96±18.16 years (male?female 31?24), DEI 24 cases with average age of63.42±16.85 years (male?female 12?12). According to equipments connected,IEI group was divided into 2 sub-groups again: ventilator group (with ventilator) and simple ventilator group(with artificial saccule),ventilor group 34 cases with average age of 57.44±16.51 years (male?female 17?17), simple ventilator group 21 cases with average age of 56.19±20.96 years (male?female 14?7).Return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) maintain time≥2h after CPR was defined as successfully resuscitated, resuscitation successful rates(RSR) in IEI group,DEI group and MV group were compared. Results: ROSC maintain time of EI group were compared with MV group , the difference was highly statistically significant(P<0.01) , there were no obvious differences between the group with respects to age(58.92±17.91y vs 63.46±15.09y,P>0.05).ROSC maintain time of IEI group were compared with DEI, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) ,there were no obvious differences between the group with respect to age(56.96±18.16y vs 63.42±16.85y,P>0.05).ROSC maintain time of ventilator group were compared with simple ventilator group, their differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there were no obvious differences between the groups with respect to age(56.19±20.96y vs 57.44±16.51y,P>0.05). ROSC maintain time of DEI group were compared with MV group, the difference was highly statistically significant (P<0.01),there were no obvious differences between the group with respects to age(63.42±16.85y vs 63.46±15.09y,P>0.05).RSR of IEI group,DEI group and MV group was 81.82%,58.33% and 8.7% ,respectively, there were significant difference between each other(P<0.05). Conclusion: This study suggested that we should advocate the IEI on early CPR;The therapeutic effect in patients with simple ventilator was similar to that in patients with ventilator in earily CPR.
