We concluded the curve of the GRA concentration in rat plasma and the time, calculated the parameters of pharmacokinetic.The parameters of the pharmacokinetics were as follows :the GRA liposomal gel's Tmax was 9.16h, Cmax was 33.92ng·ml-1 while the GRA gel's Tmax was 11h and Cmax was 24.00ng·ml-1. The absolute bioavailability of GRA liposomal gel and GRA gel was 53.75% and 38.28% .
