| In this paper, the successful model of myocardial ischemia rats with hyperlipemia was developed, it is familiar to the pathologic change of coronary heart disease (CHD) hyperlipoidemia and the myocardial ischemia demage. Utilizing the model detective techniques, such as radio-immunity, biochemistry, optical microscope,electron microscope,RT-PCR,the paper observe the effect of the treatment of warming Yang, supplementing heart and activating blood circulation, resolving phlegm on the pathologic changes of blood, myocardium and aorta, and surveys the change of the serum lipids, hemorheological indexes, endothelial vasoactive substance and inflammatory reaction to prove the synthetic accommodation action.The result proves: the treatment of warming Yang, supplementing heart and activating Blood circulation, resolving phlegm can cure the hyperlipemia through decreasing TC, TG, LDL-C and increasing HDL-C; significantly decrease the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, RBC gather exponent, enhance RBC deform exponent and improve hemorheological indexes; decrease the content of the plasma ET-1, adjust the metabolic balance of TXA2/PGI2, protect the endothelial function and suppress the form of thrombus; repress the inflammatory reaction effectively by suppressing the high expression of TNF-a, TNF-a mRNA, MMP-9 of myocardium and aorta, and the high expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1 of aorta tissue, improve the myocardial ischemia and the endothelial function to prevent the initiation and development of atherosclerosis; distend coronary artery, augment bloodstream of coronary artery, depress blood viscosity, inhibit the expression of TNF-a and prevent and cure myocardial ischemia. The study gives experimental supports for the action mechanism of the treatment of warming Yang, supplementing heart and activating blood circulation , resolving phlegm on the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease . |
