Objective: This research was to observe the clinical effects of stroke sequela hemiplegia by tuina therapy of cephalic motor region combined with physical or by pure physical tuina. Compared with the therapeutic effects and the research provided a scientific standard of tuina technique for treating stroke sequela hemiplegia, and provide a chance for further clinical application.Method: 60 cases were chosen according to the standard, 5 lost, and then 55 cases were applied finally. 55 cases were randomized into the treatment group with 29 cases, control group with 26 cases. The single blind method was applied. Both groups were treated once a day, 35min once, 15 days as a therapeutic cycle. Two months later, neurologic impairment score combined with the total capacity of living were applied to evaluate the overall curative effect, Fugl-Meyer method to evaluate the level of motor function, Barthel index to evaluate the capacity of daily living. The data before and after treatment were analyzed statistically, and compared the clinical effects of stroke sequela hemiplegia by tuina therapy of cephalic motor region combined with physical or by pure physical tuina.Result: Cephalic motor region combined with physical tuina therapy in treatment group had a significant variance compared with the control group in the aspect of clinical effect. (P<0.05)Conclusion: Cephalic motor region combined with physical tuina therapy in treating stroke sequela hemiplegia had more significant effects compared with pure physical tuina. The research result provided a scientific standard of tuina technique for treating stroke sequela hemiplegia in the clinic, and provided a chance for further clinical application.
