The Clinical Study Of Sangju Zhike Mixture In Treating Of Acute Bronchitis

Objective:To observe and evaluate the cilnical security and validity of Sangju Zhike mixture in treating acute bronchitis (which belongs to Wind-heat Invading Lung type in TCM) and explored the mechanism of it. Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups at random. 30 patients in observation group were treated with Sangju Zhike mixture. 30 patients in control group were treated with Jizhi Syrup. The related items were measured before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical study showed that there is a significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.The symptoms,the signs, the effect of relieving cough and reducing sputum of the patients and other items were improved more significantly in the treatment group than that in the control group. Conclusions: This study enriches the theory of TCM treating acute bronchitis and it is indicated that Sangju Zhike mixture has obvious effect and less side effects.
