| Objective:To bring up disorder of motion in vital energy and stasis of Porus Sudoriferus are one of the important pathological mechanism of Acute apoplexy. LiqiTongluo draught is the effective way to treat acute apoplexy,and offered effective evidence by Clinical observations. Methods: 64 patients choosed according to the diagnose standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The recoverable level of nerve function of patient,scanning of brain CT about therapy,blood-fat and hemodynamics were inspected. Result:The Clinical research showed that the total effective rate of treatment group were 86.67% and control group were 66.67%(P<0.05). Conclusion: These results suggested that the patients with Acute apoplexy treated with LiqiTongluo draught could get better effects. The research offered effective way to treat patients with Acute apoplexy.
