| Objective: To analyze the early clinical outcome of the lumber isthmic spondylolisthesis treated with pedicle screw systems. Methods: Nineteen patients were followed up after post-operation. According to JOA grade, VAS grade and iconography manifestation, comparisons of pre-operation and post-operation were implemented. Results: There are remarkable differences (p<0.05) and the effectuality rate is 94.7%. All cases obtained good reduction rates,slide rate decreased (p<0.05). In light of Lenke criterion, cases in A grade occupy 68.5% and those in B grade occupy 21.1%. Conclusions: Application of pedicle screw systems is very effective in treatments of lumber isthmic spondylolisthesis. |
