To study detection rate and risk factors about Type 2 diabetes mellitus and Hypertension in Tusala town HeTian city,make clear the detection rate's contrast between Uygurs and Kazaks.Cluster analysis was used to distinguish which SNP's allele will be put in one group,as them on the same pathway about T2DM happened or not,in PPAR-γP12A,CAPN-10 SNP19 SNP43 SNP63 and APN 45G.Methods:Enter the epidemiology investigation messages in computer,which from Tusala town HeTian city. PCR-RFLP and ARMS-PCR were used to analysis five SNP,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used on data handling.Result:Detection rate of T2DM and Hypertension in Tusala town HeTian city is lower than other areas in xinjiang.The Logist analysis result show:LDL are protect factor to T2DM(OR:0.148);Age are protect factor to Hypertension(OR:0.25).The population rat in same Body Mass Index is different in two nations.Three gene's five SNP in two nations have no significantly difference(P>0.05).T2DM group's cluster analysis result is different from NGT group in both two nations.NGT group's cluster analysis result is similar with each other in two nations.Conclusion:Epidemiology investigation result support LDL are protect factor of T2DM;population rat disparity in different Body Mass Index maybe one remote cause of detection rate disparity in two nations about T2DM.Parts of T2DM case couldn't explain by surroundings risk factors.PPAR-γP12A and APN maybe on different pathway on Lipid Metabolism when T2DM happened.
