Objective:Overpass researching relativity of MTA1,BRMS1 expressing in breast cancer cell and relation of HDAC activity.Try hard to illuminating mechanism of MTA1,BRMS1 operating in breast cancer metastasis.Methods:Surveying gene expression of MTA1,BRMS1 using RT-PCR technique in tree train breast cancer cell individual plant(non-metastasis breast cancer cell plant MCF-7,low metastasis breast cancer cell plant MDA-MB-453,high metastasis breast cancer cell plant MDA-MB-231)Measuring protein . expression of MTA1,BRMS1 with Western blot technique in tree train breast cancer cell individual plant.Contemporary ,surveying HDAC activity byenzyme linked immunosorbent assay in tree train breast cancer cell individual plant.Results⑴Gene expression of MTA1: Gene expressive ratio of MTA1 is 1∶1.9∶3.8 in tree train breast cancer cell stub.The gene expression of MTA1 in the high transfering mammary glands cancer cell stub increased 280% than in those without transfering mammary glands cancer cell stub, Gene expressive quantity of MTA1 increase in evidence following metastasis degree heighten in tree train breast cancer cell stub (P<0.001).⑵Gene expression of BRMS1: Gene expressive ratio of BRMS1 is 3.1∶2∶1 in tree train breast cancer cell stub . The gene expression of BRMS1 in the high transfering mammary glands cancer cell stub decreased 210% than in those without transfering mammary glands cancer cell stub,Gene expressive quantity of BRMS1 reduce in evidence following metastasis degree heighten in tree train breast cancer cell individual plant(P<0.001). ⑶protein expression of MTA1: protein expressive ratio of MTA1 is 1∶2.2∶3.6 in tree train breast cancer cell stub . The protein expression of MTA1 in the high transfering mammary glands cancer cell stub increased 260% than in those without transfering mammary glands cancer cell stub,protein expressive quantity of MTA1 increase in evidence following metastasis degree heighten in tree train breast cancer cell stub (P<0.001).⑷protein expression of BRMS1: protein expressive ratio of BRMS1 is 3.2∶1.9∶1 in tree train breast cancer cell stub .
