Purpose:The bone architecture peri-implant is the groundwork for implant denture to exist, the squeeze technique in implant surgery is a effectivemethod to improve primary stabilities of implants, and it has been confirmed in clinical practice. This study simulated clinical implant surgery using squeeze technique by establishing a rational animal model. Then investigated the x-ray image, the optics microscope image and the morphologic parameter of the bone tissue, so as to observe the agglutination of the cancellous bone after being compressed. The study wanted to get some favourable support of implant squeeze technique in bone healing and obtaining primary stabilities of implants, so as to provide some reasonable and valid guidance in the application andimprovement of implant squeeze technique.Method:Choose the canceilous bone in condyles of femur of dog as the experimental position, prepare the implant hole using squeeze technique according to different compressing extent, and then inset the corresponding implant into it. The observing periods of agglutination are 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 12 weeks. Group the experimental dogs according to the observing periods, then put them to death at the right time and take of samples. After these, get the x-ray image, the optics microscope image and the morphologic parameter of the bone tissue, and then observe and analyze. Results:The experimental animal implant surgery completed successfully. X-ray image shows that the canceilous bone wich has been compressed is compact, but the differences grow down gradually along with the extend of healing time. Throuth the observing of histological section, we find that the trabecular pattern of the canceilous bone wich has been compressed is also compact. The morphologic parameter of the bone tissue shows that after bing compressed, the Tb.N increased, and theTb.S decreased. Conclusion:This study has established a rational animal model of compressing cancellous bone; The cancellous bone shows apparent eburnation and favourable agglutination after bing compressed; The differences grow down gradually along with the extend of healing time. The clinical implant surgery using squeeze technique is in favor of obtaining primary stabilities of implants.
