Objectives This research aims to explore: 1. The Basic Drinking Habits and Alcohol Consumption Patterns of Behavior of Harmful Drinking. 2. The Mental Health differences between Harmful Drinkers and Safty Drinkers. 3. The Relationship between Personality Types, Phychological and Mental Health of Harmful Drinkers.Methodology 1. An Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test was used to assess and examine the Harmful Drinker. 2. 29×Harmful Drinkers and 31×Safty Drinkers were assessed using Demographic Information Questionnaire, Drinking Investigation Questionnaire, Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4th Version, Defense Style Questionnaire, Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire, Toronto Alexithymia Scale, General Well-Being Schedule and Symptom Checklist 90.Results 1. More than productive Primary and Family Relationships often are associate and are present with Safty Drinkers, who also include more Hobbies and Interestes, and are often at a higher ebb in terms of the general state of Mental Health compared with those of Harmful Drinkers. 2. Harmful Drinkers have been found to be more easily influenced by others to drink more, they commonly have a Family Conditon or Inhabitance that is embedded in their justification for Harmful Drinking. And Harmful Drinkers take a more self-destructive approach to alcohol consumption. 3. There appears to be significant differences between two groups: in somatization, human relationships, depression, anxiety, paranoia, and schizophrenia. 4. Harmful Drinkers have the inclination of personality disorder in paranoid, schizoid, depression and borderline. 5. Harmful Drinkers possess lower feelings of Well-Being. 6. Harmful Drinkers possess disorders in describing emotions. 7. Harmful Drinkers possess and present a more immature defense system. 8. Using the Three-dimensional Personality Questionnaire Findings, there is a significant difference between two groups in regard to Novelty-seeking, Reward-Dependence .Conclusions 1. Harmful Drinkers take a more self-destructive approach to alcohol consumption. 2. There appears to exist serial, interconnected, or parallel relationships between certain personality types and characteristics, and possible mental health problems associated with harmful drinkers. So the prevension should be made from different phychological respects to improve their mental state and to reshape healthy personality.
