Objectiv : Discuss the cause and precautionary measure of postoperative residual stone in biliary tract.Methods: Retrospective analysis clinical data postoperative residual stone in biliary tract,Sum up analysis causes and precautionary measure. Results: Residual stones in biliary tract refers to preoperative examination does not perfect,emergency operation,the doctor lacks experience and so on.Conclusions: The causes of postoperative residual stone in biliary tract is many–Sided.After using the following means to be able to greatly reduce the residual stone rates: preoperative comprehentive review,opretion regulation,rational use operative mode in operation,fully utilize B-ultrasonography ,ultilize choledochoscope and cholangiography and so on.
