Expression And Clinical Significance Of SIL-2R Before And After Chemotherapy In Patients With Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the difference of the breast cancer patients' peripheral blood sIL-2R between chemotherapy before and after that. Evaluate the clinical value of the sIL-2R in breast cancer's diagnosis and therapy.Methods The peripheral blood sIL-2R's levels of the breast cancer patients with chemotherapy and with no chemotherapy were detected by ELISA. And make the healthy people to be the antitheses group. Analyze the statistical significance of the data by t test, and there is statistical significance when P<0.05.Result The sIL-2R's levels of the breast cancer patients are higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05);Ⅰ～Ⅱstage breast cancer's sIL-2R's levels are lower thanⅢ～Ⅳstage breast cancer's(P<0.05);the sIL-2R's levels of the patients before chemotherapy are higher than those of the patients undergone chemotherapy(P<0.05);the level of the patient with chemotherapy is still higher than the healthy group's level(P<0.05); the sIL-2R's levels of the patients whose chemotherapies are noneffective are higher than those of the patients whose chemotherapies are definitely effective(P<0.05); there is not any difference between the group with the ER(+) or PR(+) and the group with the ER(-),PR(-)(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The breast cancer patients have the high sIL-2R levels .The conclusion confirms that the patients with cancer have the inhibition of the immune situation. There is a tight relationship between the tumor's incidence and the bodies' immune situation.2.The level of sIL-2R could be a clinical index which can be used for evaluating the cancer' degree, because the higher levels of sIL-2R the patients have, the worse immune ability they get.3.There is a definitely difference between the sIL-2R's levels of the patients before chemotherapy and those of the patients undergone chemotherapy. So the sIL-2R level may be an index which can be used for evaluating the effect of the chemotherapy.
