Purpose:To strengthen the training of clinical medical science professional student's character and ability, through five years'investigation and argumentation, a project for reform in clinical instructional model has come on in our school. After six years running, the model has come up to an ideal effect, and appeared some problems worth of summing-up and thinking, and influenced our aim to reform in some extent. Aiming at these problems, on the base of investigation and analysis, and after the students'two years'practice, we optimized and adjusted the reform project, and make it scientific and effective, and get very ideal result, too.Contents : This passage collected data of clinical medical students from grade 1998 to grade 2001 in our school, and the make questionnaires also. After analysis and contrast and coordinate, we verified that our optimizing and adjusting to the teaching mode of"3+2"carried on an obvious effect, and the project is right, which promoted the interaction between the teacher and student, and promoted the students'comprehensive level.Methods:After lectures review and data searches, we obtained a great deal of current conditions data, after consultations to the experts and investigation from the scene, we drew up to the optimizing project to the"3+2"teaching mode, and applied to the students in grade 2000 and grade 2001, then compared the result with before, and then get a conclusion, which can verify the project.Conclusions:Through several years of practice and development, we solved a series of problems which emerged before our optimizing. While preparing for the post-graduate exam in addition, the students have already completed overwhelming majority content of practice and is in a relatively relaxed department, and this very ideally solved the serious influence to teaching. A unique teaching style in clinical medicine program has formed which has dramatically improved the teaching quality.
