The protein was purified by affinity purification. The effects of the protein vaccine was observed by CPP model .CART antibody was detected by ELISA. Result:Immunization (twice) before conditioned the protein vaccine inhibited acquisition or reacquisition of CPP induced by morphine in mice. Immunization (once) after conditioned the protein vaccine inhibited reacquisition of CPP. Conclusion: GST-CART protein vaccine had the effects of inhibited acquisition or reacquisition of the CPP induced by morphine in mice .The vaccine could cure the drug addiction . | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Cocaine and Amphetamine Regulated Transcript (CART), protein vaccine, Morphine, Conditioned, place preference, Mice | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
