| Objective:To study the clinical effects and possible mechanism of Hua Yu Ke Sai FangMeyhods:We selected 30 cases acute cerebral Infarction patients,taken of Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang,comparing with 30 cases of taking nao xin tong capsule,observing the neurological deficit score and ability of daily lif and syndromes of TCM,changes of blood flow of patients. On experiment study,we make the model of acute ischemia-reperfusi on rats, observing Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang high group,low group and Nao Xin Tong influence on model.We examine the change of infarction volume and neurological deficit score, expression level of P-Selectin with flow cytomety method, the content of NO in blood plasm,expression level of ICAM-1 with immunohistochemical method.Results:Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang can relieve obviously neurological deficit score,improve ability of daily life,relieve the score of syndrome qi-insufficicncy and blood stasis, decrease blood and plasma viscosity. On experiment study, It make clear that Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang can decrease infarction areas,relieve neurological deficit score, increase NO, restrain expression of P-selectin and ICAM-1.Conclusion:1.Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang is obviously effective on treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with syndrome qi-insufficicncy and blood stasis.2. Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang can decrease infarction areas,relieve neurological deficit score,its protective mechanism related to increase NO, restrain expression of p-selectin and ICAM-1 and relieve inflammation reaction.3. Hua Yu Ke Sai Fang show some relationship of amount-effect.
