Clinical Research On Treatment Of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Stroke Acute With Method Of Puncture-drainage Combined With Purgation And Resuscitation Therapy

Objective To study the clinical effect of"Puncture-drainage combined with purgation and resuscitation therapy"on acute phase of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HIH) stroke.Methods According to the selection criteria standard, 58 patients with HIH stroke were divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in treatment group, 28 cases in control group. Both groups were using minimally invasive operation under CT guidance, puncture and aspirate the intracerebral hematoma then drainage. After operation, on the basis of conventional internal medical treatment, treatment group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)"purgation and resuscitation"treatment. The regain consciousness time of patients above the consciousness level III in 2 groups were compared. Neurologic impairment score at 14d and the intracranial pressure at No. 2,4,6,8 days in patients were observed to evaluate the early curative effect. 3 months after operation, according to the activity of daily living (ADL) score system, remote curative effect was evaluated. Influence of multi-factors such as age, consciousness and amount of hemorrhage on curative effect were analyzed in 2 groups.Results Recent curative effect showed, compared to the control group, the TCM treatment can significantly improve the regain of consciousness, decrease the intracranial pressure at No.6 and 8 day after operation, lesson the neurologic impairments. Remote curative effect showed actovoty ratio of"Puncture-drainage combined with purgation and resuscitation therapy"on HIH stroke was 66.7%, better than control group remarkably. Mortality rates of 2 groups showed no difference.Conclusions The integrated of TCM and modern medicine therapy"Puncture-drainage combined with purgation and resuscitation therapy"was an minimally invasive therapy on HIH stroke, received good curative effect.
