| Objective To discuss the efficiency and safety of recombinant tissue plasminogen activater (rt-PA) for patients with Ultra-acute cerebral infarction (<6h). Methods There were 55 patients (male 39, female 16, 34 to 78 years-old) of acute cerebral infarction. Totally 16 patients received rt-PA treatment in adose of 0.9mg/kg, another 39 patients didn't receive the intravenous thrombolytic therapy. A contrast of the NIHSS was made before treatment and on the 1st, 7st, 21st, 90th day. Barthel Index (BI) was made before treatment and on the 90th day, and mRS was made only on the 90th day. Results There was a significant difference with the NIHSS, BI and mRS of 90th day. The rate of obvious efficiency was 75% in group of the intravenous thrombolytic therapy and 25.64% in another group,x~2=11.51, P<0.05. The incidence rate of intracerebral hemorrhage was 18.75%, 5.13%, respectively with symptomatic hemorrohage 12.5%, 2.56%, P=0.1409, P >0.05. Conclusion The findings suggest that rt-PA can improve nerve function and living ability, so it is effective and safe. |
