Compare Of Two Analysis Method For Polysomnography Partial Parameter

PURPOSE: study the different between automatic analysis by meter and take manual operation analysis Polysomnography some parameter. METHOD: randomize select 58 patients look for doctors because of snoring and apnea during sleep, they accept all night Polysomnography. At first we get their PSG by automatic analysis software and then we analysis the same PSG get another PSG by manual operation analysis. We compared two results by statistics method. RESULTS: There was a statistically significant difference between automatic analysis and manual operation analysis. Results of manual operation analysis is closer to patients clinical appearances than automatic analysis. CONCLUSION: As there is wrong automatic analysis PSG in diagnosis sleep disorder disease and science study, For increasing accuratitiy of PSG we should take manual operation analysis.
