Objective:To monitor and treat oligohydramnios preferably and improve the resultant of oligohydramnios,this study is investigation the change and clinical significance of these kinds of indices in oligohydramnios through comparisons them between oligohydramnios and normal pregnancy.These indices includ hemorheology index(BVL,BVM,BVH,PV,HCT,Erythrocyte aggregation index)and color Doppler ultrasound index(AFI,S/D,RI,PI of umbilical artery).Methods:The investigation pregnant women were divided into two groups:46 cases oligohydramnios were included in the study group;the control group included 40 cases of normal pregnant women.The study group was divided two groups based on AFI:oligohydramnios group one:O≤AFI≤5cm;oligohydramnios group two:5<AFI≤8cm.To detect their whole blood viscosity index(BVL,BVM,BVH,PV,HCT,Erythocyte aggregation index)with blood viscosity instrument and measure their color Doppler ultrasound index(AFI,S/D,RI,PI of umbilical artery)and analyze their pregnancy outcome.Result:1.The pregnant women' s age,gravidity,parity and gestational weeks were not significantly different between the study group and the control group.2.BVL,BVM,BVH,HCT,Erythocyte aggregation index of oligohydramnios were obviously higher than them of nomal pregnancies(P<0.05);PV were no significantly different between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);The level of HCT was correlated positively with BVL in oligohydramnios.3.The constituent ratio of pachyhemia(HCT≥0.35)in oligohydramnios was significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.05)4.The average value of S/D of umbilical artery blood flow in groupⅠwas significantly more than that of the groupⅡand the control group(P<0.05).The average value of RI of umbilical artery blood flow in groupⅠwas significantly more than that of the groupⅡand the control group(P<0.05).RI of umbilical artery blood flow was not significantly different between the groupⅡand the normal pregnancy(P>0.05).PI of umbilical artery blood flow was not significantly different between oligohydramnios and the normal pregnancy(P>0.05).5.The indexes of hemorheology were correlated positively with fetal' s resistance index of umbilical artery blood flow.BVL,BVM,Erythocyte aggregation index were correlated positively significantly with S/D(P<0.01);PV was correlated positively significantly with RI(P<0.01)6.AFI was correlated negatively with The indexes of hemorheology. In the study groupⅠ(AFI≤5cm),AFI was correlated singnificantly with BVL,BVM,HCT,Erythocyte aggregation index (P<0.05).In the study groupⅡ(AFI>5cm),AFI was not correlated with the indexes of hemorheology(P>0.05). 7.The uterine-incision delivery rate of oligohydramnios was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.001) The fetal distress rate of oligohydramnios was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05)8.In the study groupⅠ(AFI≤5cm),the fetal distress rate of oligohydramnios was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.01).The uterine-incision delivery rate of oligohydramnios was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.01).In the study groupⅡ(AFI>5cm),The outcome of neonate was not statistics difference with that of the control group,but the uterine-incision delivery rate of the study groupⅡwas significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.01)9.The fetal distress rate of oligohydramnios which blood was concentrate was significantly more than that of oligohydramnios which blood was not concentrate(P<0.05).10.The fetal distress rate of oligohydramnios which S/D≥3.0 was significantly more than that of oligohydramnios which S/D<3.0 (P<0.01)Conclusions:1.The pregnancy woman which blood is concentrate liability to be oligohydramnios;2.Oligohydramnios' s blood viscosity is correlated positively with resistance index of umbilical artery blood flow.blood viscosity is correlated positively with AFI in the pregnancy which AFI≤5cm. 3.Hemorheology,AFI,S/D are indexes which can forcast the prognosis of oligohydramnios.4.To degrade blood viscosity and improve placental circulation can conduce treat oligohydramnios and improve the prognosis of neonatus.
