The Clinic Study Of One-stage Soave Transanal Endorectal Pull-through For Hirschsprung's Disease

Objective:Summed up the operation,the surgical resection effect and the superiority of one-stage Soave transanal endorectal pull-through for children with Hirschsprung's disease,it will help our clinic therapy afterward the operation for Hirschsprung's disease.Methods:Collecting court in December 2001～2006 December,the application for admission by one-stage Soave trans-anal endorectal pull-through for the treatment of children with Hirschsprung's disease in 115 cases as the treatment group,get the records from patients in the treatment groups,for example,the age of surgery,operative time,blood loss,postoperative fasting time,hospital stay,hospital costs and other data.A series of data would be accessed by SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:In 115 cases,78 cases were followed up,the rate was 67.8%,the time was from five months to five years.75 cases were good in the defecation, most patients had bowel movements 1～3 times per day.There was one case of anastomotic fistula in the beginning of the operation,accounting for 1.28%(1/78),by the colostomy fistula,after 3 months the fistula was cured.One case of adhesive intestinal obstruction,accounting for 1.28%(1/78),by the surgical therapy and cured.1 cases had constipation,accounting for 1.28%(1/78),it was cured by the second operation.8 cases had enterocolitis, accounting for 10.3%(8/78),strengthened conservative anti-infection treatment and cured.All patients had no postoperative deaths;growth and nutritional status of infants were well.The treatment group was cured of 96.2%.Conclusions:One-stage Soave transanal endorectal pull-through for Hirschsprung's disease is a safe,effective and new technique.It can reduce the traditional operative complication and has higher utility and security.It can produce better effect and is worth widespreading.
