Objective:1.To investigate the expression difference among various normal human issues and evaluate the clinic meaning.2.To investigate the expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 of metastatic hepatic cancer with colorectal carcinoma and the clinic meaning. Methods:An immunohistochemitry S-P method was used to detect and analysis the expression of SDF-1 in the three kinds of human normal tissues of 30 cases, and the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in the issues of 32 metastatic hepatic cancer patients with colorectal carcinoma.. The relationship between the expression of SDF-1 and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma was observed.Results:1.The positive expression rates of SDF-1 were different in the skin tissue, the small intestinal mucosa and hepatic tissue, which were 20%, 26.7% and 83.3% respectively. The positive expression rates of SDF-1 in the hepatic issue were significant higher than that in other issues(P<0.05).2.The positive expression rates of SDF-1 were different between in the colorectal carcinoma and metastatic hepatic cancer with colorectal carcinoma. The positive expression rates of SDF-1 in the colorectal carcinoma and metastatic hepatic cancer with colorectal carcinoma were 57.1% and 87.5% respectively. The positive expression rates of SDF-1 in metastatic hepatic cancer were significant higher than that in primary colorectal carcinomas.3.The positive expression rates of CXCR4 in primary colorectal carcinomas issue and hepatic issue were high. There was no significant difference between them. (P>0.05).4.The expression levels of SDF-1 in normal hepatic issue were no correlated with age, sex and HBsAg(P>0.05).5. The expression levels of SDF-1 in metastatic hepatic cancer issue with colorectal carcinoma were no correlated with age, sex, time, number and distribution of metastatic tumor (P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The hepatic issue became metastatic aim of colorectai carcinoma with CXCR4~+ for the high expression of SDF-1.2.The high expressions of CXCR4 and SDF-1 possibly play important roles in course of colorectal carcinoma metastasis.
