Objective To observe the immune regulation action ofDangshen,Baishu,Fuling,Zhigancao and Sijunzi decoction to the model of mouseaging with the inducement of D-galactose.Method 112 mice were divided into 2 groups: normal control group of 14 mice,daily intraperitoneal injection of an equivalent volume of N.S. continuously for 42days;98 mice model, intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose 200mg/kg, Model14 days were randomly divided into seven groups, namely model negative controlgroup, piracetam group (150 mg/kg), Si junzi decoction group (10g/kg), Dangshen group(3g/kg),bai shu group (3g/kg),Fu Ling group (3g/kg) and zhi gancaogroup (2g/kg), each with 14, half male and half female. Model negative controlgroup and the normal control group fed with distilled water a day, the rest of thedrug-treated group, 28 consecutive days.Administration while remaining injectionof D-galactose 200mg/kg on the original plan for 28 consecutive days. Y-mazelearning and memory function and platform testing, to determine the ability oferythrocytes immune and lymphocytes conversion by using garlands and spleniclymphocyte transformation test (MTT). The adoption tries a box measurementmethod to oxidize the examination that the anti-oxidizes index sign withGSH-PX(Glutathione peroxidase) to the MDA(Maleic Dialdehyde), SOD(SuperoxideDismutase). Results Aging mice diving platform false number of times and the maze falsenumber of times obviously increase(P<0.01~<0.05);The spleen lymphoid cellconversion ability shows lower obviously(P<0.01); The C3b garland rateobviously descend(P<0.01), the IC garland rate obviously goes up(P<0.01), andthe red cell immunity adsorbs ability to obviously lower.Sijunzi decoction cansignificantly increase the D-galactose -induced aging mice lymphocytes opticaldensity difference(p<0.05), significantly enhanced C3b ratio(p<0.05), IC ratiowere significantly lower(p<0.05). Dangshen can significantly increase theD-galactose-induced aging mice lymphocytes optical densitydifference(p<0.05).Baishu can significantly improve the D-galactose-inducedaging mice C3b ratio (p<0.05), IC ratio were significantlylower(p<0.05).Piracetam and Fuling could significantly reduce theD-galactose-induced aging mice latent period of maze test and the erroneousnumbers of platform(P<0.05). The MDA content of aging mice shows veryobviously increase (p<0.01), the vitality of SOD shows very obviouslylower(p<0.01), the vitality of GSH-PX show obviously lower(p<0.05).Dangsheng,Baishu show the exaltation SOD vitality(p<0.05),Piracetam,Sijunzi decoction show the exaltation SOD vitality very much(p<0.01).Dangsheng show the MDA content lower(p<0.05), Piracetam, Sijunzi decoction,Baishu to show MDA content lower very much (p<0.01).Dangsheng show theexaltation GSH-PX vitality(p<0.05),Baishu shows the exaltation GSH-PX vitalityvery much(p<0.01). Conclusion D-galactose can induce aging mice to appear pathologic andpathologic physiology changes in descending of study memory's ability, the Tlymphoid cell function and red cell immunity function and oxidation harm etc.Sijunzi decoction can resist D-galactose inducing the immunity of mice lymphoidcell conversion and red cell to adsorb ability lowly, but do not see the studymemory ability improvement of the disease mice; Sijunzi decoction strengthen theimmunity of lymphoid cell conversion and red cell to adsorb ability to surpass aparty of constitute Dangshen,Baishu,Fuling and licorice single flavor medicine.
