The Study Of Research And Strategy On Inpatients' Psychological Problems In Cardiovascular Medicine

Object:(1)To design and assess a tool of psychological assessment for patient with cardiavascular diseases. (2)To evaluate the psychological statues of patient with the tool and analyze the influencing factors associated with the statues, and procide a basic evidence for the future psychological intervention and study.Methods:The questionnaire designed based on the knowlede of literature review,Chinese culture,and interview with nuring experts.Then the questionnaires were pretested in 150 patients in a general hospital in XinJiang from March 2006 to August 2006.The data collected were analyzed by pilot testing and exploring principal component analysis, item analysis in SPSS to remove some insignificant items.The reliability and validity were tested by the software with the revised questionnaires in first pretest.300 patients in 5 hospitals in XinJiang were interviewed and filled the questionnaires from November 2006 to December 2006 to test the questionnaire again.After the same process of analysis,the reliability and validity were good enough for the survey.So the questionnaires were used in 450 patients in 5 hospitals in XinJiang from January 2007 to February 2007.The data were analyzed by descriptive,factor analysis, correlation,t test and anova analysis.Results:(1)The design and assess of psychological assessment for patients with cardiavascular diseases have been completed.The questionnaires contain 39 items and 7 factors include anxiety, depression,emotional Instability,loneliness,role conflict,wellbeing lower,worried about illness and treatment. (2)The influencing factors related with patients psychological statues were gender, age, marriage, nationality, occupation, level of education, economic status, sources of medical expenses, the family and social support, diagnosis of illness,cardiac function level, course of disease, the history of hospital.Conclusion:(1)The assessment tool for patients with cardiovascular diseases was good in reliability and validity.It is a objiective,reasonable and simple tool.(2)The influencing factors associated with patients psychological statuses were analyzed,which provide the evidences for intervention to promote the psychological condition of patients.
