Objective: To compare the curative effects of different therapy on coronary artery disease on woman and contrast curative effects of man and woman. Methods: Analyze 1222 cases(2003-2006) of coronary artery disease and divided into 4 groups: woman PCI group(198), man PCI group(384), woman CABG group(228), man CABG group(412).Follow-up the rate of MACE (including death, new-onset myocardial infarction, stroke and repeat revascularization) and complications.Result: During short-term the mortality of woman CABG group was obviously higher than the mortality of woman PCI group (P<0.01) and during long term the rate of repeat revascularization had significant differences in woman PCI group and woman CABG group(P<0.05). The differences were extremely significant in the rate of complications woman CABG group and woman PCI group (P<0.01). Woman PCI group have more complications than man PCI group with obvious difference. There was an extremely significant difference on the rate of MACE between woman CABG group man CABG groups (P<0.01). The rate of complications of woman CABG group is markedly higher than of man CABG group (P<0.01).Conclusions: 1. The rate of death in woman CABG group is higher than that in Woman PCI group.2. Woman PCI group has high rate of complications. 3. Woman PCI group and m1n PCI group have no difference in the short and long term effects.4. Curative effect of men CABG group is better than women CABG group.5. Woman CABG group CABG goes with more complications than man and woman PCI group.
