Study On The Effect Of "Bububuzhi" Recipes To The Estrone Progesterone And Its Receptor Of Patients With Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective:To research the mechanism of the"bububuzhi"recipes working on the patients of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (abbreviate: DUB), based on the practice of famous doctor Chenxiaobao who was named'authority of gynecology', this subject observed the change of patients'estrone, progesterone (P) and its receptor before and after taking the chinese crude drugs, we expect it would offer theoretical evidence to the curative effect of traditional chinese medicine (TCM) treating anovulatory DUB.Methods1 Radioimmunity (RI) method was used to measure estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) before and after treatment of TCM.2 Immunohistochemical method was used to measure estrone receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) before and after treatment of TCM.3 Radioimmunity (RI) method was used to measure estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) before and after treatment of different TCM.Results1 The data of the E2 and P of the patients of DUB obtained an obvious increase and after treatment of TCM (P<0.01) than before. Compared with the well-balanced people, the level of P after treatment was equal to the well-balanced (P>0.05), the level of E2 was less than the well-balanced (P<0.05).2 The data of the ER and PR of the patients of DUB obtained an obvious increase after treatment of TCM too (P<0.01) than before. Moreover, the level of PR increased more than the level of ER.3 All groups with treatment of TCM improved their level of E2 and P, above the group without treatment (P<0.01). And the improvement related to the level of dosage (P<0.05).ConclusionObserving and analyzing the data of the experiment, we came to the conclusion that the TCM had exact effects on the patients of DUB. It could obviously increase the level of E2 and P of the patients, and in the experiment, the level of P increased more than E2. It showed that the TCM promoted the ovulation by the increase of E2. It also showed that the TCM promoted convey of the estrone too, resulted in the increase of the PR. In a word, the TCM can accommodate the mechanism of patients, not only pass by the Hypothalamic-pituitory-ovarian,but also improve exudation of the endometrium. Furthermore, our quantitative studies on dosage of TCM on mice offer a specific reference for the clinical treatment on patients.
