Objective To investigate the new method of mensurating of Cervical Carcinoma Patients with Sentinel Lymph Node(SLN)Metastasis and the functions of immunocytes in lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma.Methods Flow cytometric(FCM)analysis of nuclear DNA content was performed in 20 lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma.Mensurating of the counts ofγδT cells and CTL in 20 lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma by Flow cytometric analysis.Results In lymphous nodes specimens from 20 cervical cancer,2 cases(10%) were found to be Sentinel Lymph Node Metastasis by pathology results,12 cases (60%)were aneuploid In sentinel Lymph Node by Flow cytometric analysis,4 cases (15%)were aneuploid in SLN and pelvic lymph node.In SLN and pelvic lymph node from 20 cervical cancer,the counts ofγδT cells was 13.59±10.64 vs 9.15±9.89, p=0.103;CTL was 17.94±5.46 vs 14.02±3.81,p=0.014.Conclusion Flow cytometric analysis of nuclear DNA content was sensitiver than general technique of pathology in Lymph Node Metastasis.The ratio of lymph Node Metastasis in Sentinel Lymph Node is remarkably higher than in pelvic Lymph Node. The counts of CTL in the SLN was more than in pelvic lymph node,γδT cells was not statistical significance.To explain CTL was primary kill tumor cells in lymphous nodes of educed in patients with cervical carcinoma.
