Astrgalus And Panax Notoginseng Injection's Clinical Study To Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Objective:To approach Chinese herbal medicine Astrgalus and Total Panax Notoginseng Saponins injection's clinal research on proventment and treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectorisMethods:Adoption with randomization of method.80 patients of Coronary heart disease Angina Pectoris were divided into four groups(A,B,C,D).There were 20 cases in every group.By the elementary treatment of outine Medication(To take nitrosorbid pill 10 mg,tid,to Enteric coated aspirin pill 75mg/d hold in the mouth when angina pectoriselementary),than to give the reseach medicine:Astragalus mongholicus injection and xuesetong injection.each medicine dosis is 20 ml/d iv gtt step-by-step once a day.Every two weeks or four weeks makes a period of treatment.After two or four weeks,observe the clinical symptom integral and the curative effect of angina pectoris,of electrcardiogram.Observe the experimental index of blood fat and plasma fibrinogen(FIB).At the same time,to monitoring the index of drug safety:blood routine,urine routine,sedes routine,liver function and renal function.Results:â‘ Angina pectoris curative effect evaluation:In the group of A,it shows 8 examples obvious effect,total efficiency rate is 90.00%.It is respectively 9 examples,95.00%in the group of B.It shows 6 examples obvious effect,the total efficiency rate is 80.00%in the group of C,and it is respectively 8 examples,85.00%in the group of D.There are no significant differences between before and after treatment by statistical disposal.â‘¡Electrocachleogram curative effect evaluation:In the group of A,it shows 2 examples obvious effect,the total efficiency rate is 40.00%.It is respectively 4 examples,65.00%in the group of B.It shows 1 example obvious effect,the total efficiency rate is 35.00%in the group of C,and it is respectively 1 examples,40.00%in the group of D.The group B is more efficient than group A,C and D.There are no significant differences between before and after treatment by statistical disposal.â‘¢Laboratory index curative effect evaluation:The level of FIB,LDL-C,TC and TG is more lower,and the level of HDL-C is rise after treatment than before.The group B is more efficient than group A,C and D.There are significant differences among four groups by statistical disposal.â‘£Safe analysis:There are no untoward reaction in four groups in the clinical practice.Conclusions:Astrgalus and Total Panax Notoginseng Saponins injection has a credible curative effect with no side effect in curing coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Astrgalus and Total Panax Notoginseng Saponins injection's function of the depressing TC,TG,LDL-C,FIB,and elevating HDL-C are more stronger than only one of Total Panax Notoginseng Saponins injection or Astragalus mongholicus injection,and the function of changing the indexes of Electrocachleogram and the clinical symptom are similar with Total Panax Notoginseng Saponins injection or Astragalus mongholicus injection.To increase the medicational time,the curative effect will be more stronger.The function of treating curing coronary heart disease angina pectoris may be concerned with the effectment of cutting down the level of FIB and adjucting lipid metabolism.
