Effect Of Anti-13 Antibody On Inflammatory Airway Of Asthmatic Mouse

Objective:To investigate Effect of Anti-13 Antibody on Inflammatory Airway of Asthmatic Mouse,and depositive effect of metalloprotease-9 when patient fall in asthma. Thereby we can get the therapeutic value message of exogenous antigen Anti-13 Antibod to asthma.Method:Forty healthy wister rat were divided randomly into there groups.Normal control was gave isotonic Na chloride;The group of astnma was intraperitoneal injection OVA10μg deferently at first day,seventh day,fourteenth day.The fifteenth day to twentieth day were experimental suscitation stage,and the stage was keep on six days.The group of intervention intravenous injection Anti-13 Antibody 150μg before 30 minutes of suscitation,indicatrix of detection:(1)the contents of tapy of Th2 cytokine IL-4 bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(euzymelinked immunosorbent assay).(2)detect matrix metalloproteinase -9 deposit in bellows(immunohistochemical method).(3) inspection of bellows histological anatomy(4)detect the contents IgE of peripheral blood(ELISA).Results:the group of asthma' s level of IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid super than control group(P＜0.05);the deposit of matrix metalloproteinase -9 in asthma more than control group;the contents IgE of peripheral blood super than control group(P＜0.05);however,the contents of IL-4 and level of IgE in group of intervention were lower than in asthma(P＜0.05);affection of bellows histological anatomy was relieve;Althought matrix metalloproteinase -9 deposit was decreased,but they have no significant difference P＞0.05.Conclusions:use egg albumin and aluminium hydroxide all immune rat two weeks,and gave 5%OVA aerosol atomization breathe in,then rat show up symptom of asthma. furthermore,by a series of detection,we confirmed that the sample of asthma was well. Anti-13 Antibody can lessen the inflammation of asthma,and to set up new balance of Th1\Th2 in air tube.Anti-13 Antibody can decrease the level of IgE in peripheral blood,and decrease the contents of IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,to demonstrate Anti-13 Antibody can lessen the invasion degree of allergic asthma.The deposit of matrix metalloproteinase-9 have decrease obviously(P＜0.05.)...
