| Objective To observe the effects of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)pe rindopril and angiotensinⅡreceptor 1(AT1R)inhibitor valsartan on fibrinolytic balance in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Method 30 patients with hypertension(A group)were divided into two subgroups(A1 a nd A2).A1 subgroup took valsartan 80mg qd,and A2 subgroup took perindopril 4mg q d;30 patients with diabetes and hypertension(B group)were divided into 2 subgroups (B1 and B2).B1 subgroup took valsartan 80mg qd,and B2 subgroup took perindopril 4 mg qd.The level of plasm plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and tissue type plas minogen activator(tPA)were measured by Enzyme-link immunology sorbert assay(ELISA) before and after eight weeks respectively.Results The level of plasma PAI-1 and t-PA between A and B group have no statistical difference before taking the medicine(p＞0.05).After eight weeks,the level of plasma P AI-1 decreased significantly in both A group and B group,and the level of tPA increase d significantly in both group(P＜0.05);the level of PAI-1 and t-PA have no significant difference between subgroups of A and subgroups of B;the level of PAI-1 decreased in B group was found more significant than A group(p＜0.05);the level of tPA increased ha s no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The disbalance of fibrinolytic in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertens ion more significant than patients with hypertension alone.Valsartan and perindopril can improve the fibrinolytic function in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus witho ut statistic difference;but when compared with patients with hypertension alone,the patie nts with hypertension and diabetes get more benefits from the medicines on fibrinolytic balance. |
