Objective: To study the expression of Skp2(S-phase kinaseassociated protein 2), C-myc and P27 in the Cholangiocarcinoma and toinvestigate their relationship and significance. Methods: 35 cases of cholangiocarcinoma tissues and 11 cases ofnormal bile duct were obtained surgically. Then the immunohistochemicalstain method was used to detect the expression of Skp2, P27 and C-myc inthe obstained tissues andⅠused SPSS for windows 11.0 performing thestatistical analyse. Results: 1. The positive expression rate of Skp2 in cholangio-carcinoma is 54.29%(19/35) and it's higher than the normal bile duct(18.18% 2/11 P<0.01). The positive expression rate of P27 in normalbile duct is 90.91% (10/11) and higher than the cholangiocarcinoma(42.86% 15/35 P<0.01). The positive expression rate of C-myc incholangiocarcinoma is 42.86% (15/35) and higher than the bile duct'sbenign disease (9.09% 1/11 P<0.01)2. The positive expression of Skp2 is correlated with diferentiationand the infiltration of surrounding. The positive expression of C-myc iscorrelated with lymphnode involvement.3. There was a negative relationship between Skp2 and P27(P<0.01) and the relationship between Skp2 and C-myc is positive (p<0.01). There seemed no statistical relationship between C-myc andP27.Conclusion: 1. Skp2 appears over expression while P27 is lowexpression in cholangiocarcinoma. There is a negative relationshipbetween them.2. C-myc also appears over expression in cholangiocarcinoma andits expression is positive with Skp2. They may cooperate in the course ofthe carcinogenesis and progress of cholangiocarcinoma. There is nostatistical relationship between C-myc and P27.3. The positive expression of Skp2 is correlated with diferentiationand the infiltration of surrounding. The positive expression of C-myc iscorrelated with lymphnode involvement.
