Objective: To explore the effect of Ilexolic acid on the function of platelet aggregation and protection in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion of rabbit. Methods: 30 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group (Group A), ischemia-reperfusion 2hours group (Group B) and pretreated the ischemia-reperfusion with Ilexolic acid group(Group C). 10 rats each group. The ischemia-reperfusion model was produced by Pringle's method. It was produced by claming the hepatic artery and portal vein with a clamp for 30 minutes, then reperfusing 2 hours. The hepatic tissues and blood samples were collected 30 minutes after ischemia and 2 hours after reperfusion in the B,C groups. Then the activity of MDA; the concentration of ALT, AST, the maximum aggregating rate of circulating platelets (Ptmax) were measured and hepatic tissue have the pathological examination.RESULTS:1. Compared to Group A, the ALT, AST, the activity of MDA, the maximum aggregating rate of circulating platelets (Ptmax) all increased in B, C. And the injury of liver was found by pathological examination.2. Compared to Group B, the medicine of C produced predominant effective(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONILa could reduce the maximum aggregating rate of circulating platelets , decreasing the concentration of oxygen free radical. Improving the energy metabolism of the ischemic liver tissue, prevent and reduce the hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury...
