From the angle ofprofession development , to analyze main modes of the hospital technique innovationand compare them. To put forward the appropriate ways to develop techniqueinnovation for hospitals of different grades according to the popular hospitalclassification method. To adopt the system analysis method, starting from the techniqueinnovation sorting, to systematically analyze contents of its function, main factors,strategy, risk guarding etc. from the angle of management. To adopt the evidenceanalysis method, make use of relevant index of innovation technology in the General Air Force Hospital from 2004 to 2006, and carry out evidence analysis of the hospitaltechnique innovation management. On the basis of technique innovation theory, aimingat technique innovation of the General Air Force Hospital, to study the hospitaltechnique innovation development situation, problems and countermeasures from theangle of practice.ResultPoint out that the hospital technique innovation is necessary to improve themedical treatment technique and the service quality, is the reality requirement for themedical health organization to develop normally, and is the objective request of themedical science technique development. The hospital technique innovation is a processof continuous accumulation, which generally experiences 3 stages from introducinginnovation, improving innovation to independent innovation. In the last three years, hospitaltechnique innovation based on introducing of new technique and new equipmentsamounts to 50%, technique innovation based on imitation amounts to 22%, techniqueinnovation based on independent innovation amounts to 28%. It is showed that hospitaltechnique innovation is mainly based on introducing, the percentage of independenttechnique innovation is low, and there is no obvious breakthrough in the independent innovation. From trend analysis of three years, the number of hospital techniqueinnovation based on introducing mode descends year by year, but the number ofinnovation based on improving mode rises year by year. It is revealed that the hospitaltechnique innovation is not limited to introducing mode, and now aims at imitation andimprovement of the equipments and technique, moving forward toward the independentinnovation gradually. At present, hospital technique innovation mainly has 3 modes,but in general hospital, most of technique innovation should be self innovation. In orderto prevent technique innovation risk and make technique innovation play a moreimportant role in hospital development, hospital technique innovation managementsystem should be constructed.
