Heart is a strong, tireless efforts and hard work of powerful pumps. If a heart jumped an average of 70 times per minute, with a life span of 70 years old in terms of a person's life. The heart will beat nearly 26 million. Once the rescue of cardiac arrest and not through beating, it means that the termination of a human life. One-third of the world's population died of heart disease is caused by our country, every year, tens of thousands of people died of a heart attack. So based on cardiac ion channel cell research is very meaningful.Myocardial tissue has four biological characteristics: excitement, self-discipline, conduction and contractility. These physiological characteristics of the myocardium of determine the activities of the heart. Studying from Myocardial cells and ions'activities inside and outside cells is research of heart's activities in microcosmic aspects. The total activities of each of myocardial cells constitutes the heart's macroeconomic activities, Myocardial cells'dynamics determine the activities of the myocardial cells directly. Therefore the study of ion channels in cardiac myocytes undoubtedly is useful to understand the mechanism of cardiac activity deeply.cardiac function retains normal which depends on the coordination and interaction among various ion channels of myocardial cells. When some kind of myocardial cells channel dysfunction, action potentials will shorten or extend which can induce arrhythmia. We establish model of multi-periodic ion channels based on BR's model of single-periodic ion channel. By several experiments, we found when we add stimulation to it, concentration of K, Ca, Na, Cl ions changed. According to the theory that concentration change of ions inside and outside of myocardial cells can affect the membrane potential, excitement, transmission, self-discipline and contractility, we analysis how ion's change infect myocardial cells, and completed the research from the microscopic ionic activity of myocardial cells to macroeconomic activity of the heart. We summed up that the extra stimulation to myocardial cells can lead to the change of the ion concentration and induce heart attack. We analysis how drugs impact of ion channels on membrane and how use drugs.
