The atrium and ventricles don't stop ground to carry on in proper order , moderateconstringency and comfortable piece alternation of activity,which is the essential condition ofthe heart to realize pumping blood function and pushing blood circulation. But the excitedprocess of cell membrane is important factor to trigger the responding of constringency. Thephysiological characteristic of the myocardium is mainly the characteristic of myocardialexcitement and conduction of excitement. The base of excitement and conduction is thebiologic electric activity of cell membrane.There are four kinds of physiological characteristics in the myocardial organization.They are excitement, self-discipline, conductibility and contractility. These physiologicalcharacteristics of the myocardial organization all together decide the activity of heart.Researching the myocardial cell and ion activity is the research of the activity of heart frommicrocosmic angle. The total of the activity of each myocardial cell constitutemacroscopical activity of heart. The dynamics characteristic of the cell influences the activityof the myocardial cell directly. Therefore, it is doubtless and more advantageous tounderstand the mechanism of the heart activity thoroughly by the researching of themyocardial cell.In the thesis, we use the model of pharmacokinetics to research myocardial cell. Bychanging the density of potassium ion, calcium ion, chlorine ion and sodium ion, we observedthe variety of electric physiology in myocardial cell and had conclusions: the variety of ionicdensity can influence the voltage of cell membrane, excitement, conductibility andself-discipline of the cardiac muscle. We also take the first step to discuss the relationsbetween the variety of ionic density and the phenomenon of various physiology andpathology.The normal maintenance of the myocardial cell and the heart function depends oninteraction of various ionic passages in the myocardial cell. When the function of a certainpassage in myocardial cell is abnormal, it will cause the action electric potential shorten orprolong and induce arrhythmia. It can be cured by taking medicine for the arrhythmia causedby the ionic passage of cell membrane. The basic electrophysiological function of themedicine is to influence the ionic passage of the myocardial cell membrane and change theelectrophysiological characteristic of cell by changing ionic current. In the thesis, we foundout the medicine that can cure arrhythmia which is correlative with calcium ion, calcium ion,chlorine ion and sodium ion in ionic passage. We also analyzed the influence of the medicineupon each ionic and ionic passage of cell membrane. At last, we give advices for thereasonable usage of the medicament.
