| As one method of chromatography analysis, ion chromatography (IC) has become a practical chromatography technology with development in recent years.The development of IC mainly includes widening application range and renewing & developing of instrument devices. Especially with recent development in electrolytic devices, reagent free IC technology, the application of IC has been become more widely, and more easily.This paper exposed and studied the analytical methods of diphosphonates by reagent free IC technologyIn the chapter one, the development of diphosphonate,features of drugs,synthetic techniques were demonstrated in detail.On the basis of predecessor's pratice, Researches on the analytical method of biphosphonate were summarized ,and significance of research was also stated; The reagent free IC technology was introduced sysmetically, especially the development and application principles of electrolytic devices were described in detail.The application of electrolytic devices in reagent free IC technology was described.In the chapter two,determination of some drugs which contain phosphonate was used by IC technology,in first section,the method for determination of gargle was extinguished to separate eight anions concluding glycerophosphonate, monofluorophosphate;In the second section,another drug- glycerophosphonate sodium was analized to control quality.The optimized conditions was validated according to accuracy and precision.In the chapter three, analytical determination of diphosphonate was first used by reagent free IC technology, In this section,the method for determination of main compnents and impurities was explored;The method for determination of Etidronate sodium in plasma was also studied. Optimized analytical conditions were further validated in terms of accuracy, precision and total uncertainty and the results showed the reliability of the IC methods. |
