Nutritional Therapy Early After Renal Transplantation

Objective To observe the effect that special nutritional preparations and two different iron preparentions contribute to negative nitrogen balance,anemia and metabolic disorder of trace elements early after renal transplantation.Method Test 1:Observing and compareing the difference of hemoglobin,albumin,trace element and so on between test group(take special nutritional preparations) and control group. Test 2: Observing and compareing the difference of serum ferritin(SF),hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(Hct) between intravenous iron sucrose and oral iron preparention.Result Test 1:HB,albumin,Hct,Mg were higner in test group than in control group four weeks post-operation.Test 2:Hb,Hct,SF were higner in intravenous iron sucrose group than in oral iron preparention group four weeks post-operation. Conclusion Special nutritional preparations contributes significently to anemia,protein atabolism increasing and metabolic disturbence of trace elements early after renal transplantation. Invenous iron preparations is more effective than oral iron preparentions in treating post-renal transplantation anemia.
