Objective To explore the methods of performance evaluation of the nurses-in-charge whoworked in the Three Level A Grade Hospital, inspect the working performances and workingproblems, establish the science and effective evaluation systems on nurses-in-charge.Methods 360 Degree Free Back supplies the theory framework. design the questionnaires bymyself. To definite reliability ofsystems by Delphil Method, directed towards the 136 nurse-in-charges of two Three Level A GradeHospitals. to evaluate her own achievements by herself, doctors, head-nurse on same questionnaire.The inquiry was non-tangible. Every ward was given four same questionnaires. "evaluation byown" means the nurse-in-charges evaluate by herself, and "evaluation by others" means all of theco-workers who work in the same ward evaluations, including doctors, nurses and the head-nurse. Thequestionnaires were sent 576, and took back 544 except invalid questionnaires. The effective rate94.4%. Statistical analysis adopted SPSS11.5software system. Statistical Method was descriptivestatistical analysis. One-way-Anova. The Multiply questions was used contingency table.Results The statistical result was: nurse-in-charges 3.57±0.287, doctors 3.40±0.317, the headnurses 3.420±0.348, nurses3.39±0.319, F=9.021, p=0.03. among them, servicecondition(p=0.065), the guide of leaving hospital (p=0.103), personal morality (p=0.325), healthsituation (p=0.468) is not have the statistical meaning, the observation of illness (p=0.004), the abilityof guidance teaching (p=0.020), health education(p=0,000), psychological nursing(p=0.002), cooperation spirit(p=0.002), the ability of executed (p=0.004) have the statisticalmeanings, it shows the exiting working problems and offset distance of nurse-in-charges.Conclusion The performance evaluation shows: the nnrse-in-charges strengthen coordinationwith the doctors, it can effective improve the working performance of nurse-in-charges, theoccupational quality and professional knowledge of nurse-in-charges were approbated by theprofession and superiors, English and Statistic knowledge are the lacking. Nursing research is stillthe exiting offset distance in nurse-in-charges.
