Study On Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Using Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue Decoctionin

Objective: To observe the effect of Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue (YQYYHX)Decoctionin treating the third or forth or fifth stage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods : Using YQYYHXTto treat 30 patients with the third or forth or fifth stage of diabetic nephropathy and controlled by 30 patients treated with Tang Mai Kang(TMK) Decoction,which based on treatment of diabetic nephropathy, the therapeutic course was three weeks for both groups, changes of clinical symptoms;blood glucose;Iipid metabolism;blood viscosity, blood pressure and;total 24-hour urinary protein ,serum creative , adverse reactions and tracing result were observed and compared.Results :The therapeutic in Traditional Chinese Medicine ;clinical symptoms;blood glucose;lipid metabolism;blood viscosity, blood pressure and adverse reactions were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05 orP<0.01), but the treating group was better than the cotrol group in improvement(P<0.05 orP<0.01),at the same time , tracing result in the treating group was better . Conclusion : Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue Tang Decoctionin has the effects of reducing urinary protein in 24 hours,improving lipid metabolism and blood viscosity ect.in treating the third or forth or fifth stage of diabetic nephropathy. at the same time ,adverse reactions and tracing result within six months were less.
