Inhibitory Kinetic Fluorimetric Determination of AmpicillinAn inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of ampicillin.The proposed method is based on the inhibitory effect of ampicillin on the reaction of K2S2O8 oxidation of rhodamine B catalyzed by vanadium(V) in NaAc-HAc buffer solution medium. The detection limit for ampicillin is 0.381 mg/L.The linear range of the determination is 1~25 mg/L.This method has been used successfully to determine ampicillin capsules.2. Inhibitory Kinetic Fluorimetric DeterminaItion of PiracetamAn inhibitory Kinetic Fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of piracetam. The proposed method is based on the inhibitory effect of piracetam on the reaction of K2S2O8 oxidation of berberine, catalyzed in citric acid/sodium citrate buffer solution medium.The detection limit for ampicillin is 2.8×10-3 g/mL.The linear range of the determination is 0.016~0.112 g/mL.This method has been used successfully to determine piracetam troche. Chapter 2: The Investigation of Synergetic Catalysis Fluorimetric Method in Pharmaceutical1. Synergetic Catalytic Fluorimetric Determination of cefoperazone sodium in injectionA new catalytic fluorimetric method for the trace cefoperazone sodium has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of cefoperazone sodium on the oxidation of K2S2O8 with lucigenin in NaOH medium. The detection limit (S/N=3) was 6.95m g/L and the linear range of determination is 7.56~55.44mg/L. The proposed method is simple,speediness and credibility. The method has been applied to the determination of cefoperazone sodium in injection.2. Synergetic Catalytic Fluorimetric Determination of Ceftazidime in injectionA new catalytic fluorimetric method for the determination of trace ceftazidime has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of ceftazidime on the oxidation of K2S2O8 with lucigenin in NaOH medium.The detection limit (S/N=3) was 0.17 mg/L and the linear range of determination is 0.20~2.20mg/L. The proposed method is simple,speediness and credibility. The determination of trace has been succeed used in Ceftazidime Injection.Chapter3: Enhanced Fluorescence Spectrum Analysis Method in Pharmaceutical1. Determination of ceftazidime injection by enhanced fluorimetric spectrophotometryAn Fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of ceftazidime. The proposed method is based on the effect of ceftazidime on the reaction of K2S2O8 on phloxine in dibasic sodium phosphate-citric acid/sodium citrate buffer solution medium. The detection limit for ceftazidime is 2.17μg/L.The RSD is 1.52%. The linear range of the determination is 5~50μg/L.This method has been used successfully to determine ceftazidime troche.
