The Study Of Syndromes Of TCM In The Anovulatory Diseases

Anovulation is a familiar symptom of female inordinate incretion, it effects badly on female health of body and mind. The study of TCM about the anovulatory diseases at present is dispersed in many ways, the study of systemic differentiation of syndromes is inexistent, so studying ulteriorly the distribution about syndromes of anovulatory diseases and the correlative ingredients affecting ovulation has important clinical meaning and social benefit.Objective: To probe into the syndromes of anovulatory diseases and differente. canonically the syndromes, to analyze its pathogenesis and study the relation between the syndromes and correlative ingredients, so to offer clinical gist for the therepy of TCM and direr to guard against anovulatory diseases.Methods: We collecte cases of anovulation in No.1 Hospital attached to Guangzhou University in recent 6 years. According to their clinical data, We differente the syndromes by the diagnostic standard of syndrome of TCM. We compare the percentage of syndromes, and analyze the relation between the syndromes and correlative ingredients such as internal ecretion, age, period of diseases, menstruation, abortion and so on.Results: There are thirteen syndromes of anovulatory diseases, the primary syndromes are syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood, syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of blood, syndrome of deficiency of qi and stagnation of blood, syndrome of deficiency of the spleen and kidney. There are 189 cases of syndrome of stagnation of blood, 144 cases of syndrome of deficiency of the kidney and 68 other syndromes, the syndrome of stagnation blood and syndrome of deficiency of the kidney are most. In the way of internal ecretion, FSH, LH, E₂ and P descend, PRL ascend, the decline of T comes up to the rise, the decline of the deficiency is outstanding. This disease incidents mostly at the age from 24 to 30, account for 39.17%. Mass of the period is from 2 to 5 years, account for 35.91%. There are 241 cases of abnomal menstruation, account for 71.51%, 74 cases of abortions, account for 21.96 %, 38 cases of pregnancy problems.Conclution:1. The syndromes are perplexing, most are complication of deficiency and excess, which shows that its pathogenesis is perplexing, so therapy must be different from one to another. The syndrome of stagnation of blood is in the majority, the syndrome of deficiency of the kidney is in the next place, so that the remedy of complementing the kidney and driving blood is primary. Furthermore, the internal secretion of the deficient is insufficient, we should complement the deficient on a certain extent whose internal secretion are deficient.2. This diseases incident at generational age, mass of its period is from 2 to 5 years, these show that the patients are young, but the period is long, The big problems causing by anovulation are infertility and abnomal menstruation. So the females who wang to have a baby should pay more importance to it.3. Most of the anovulation have abnomal menstruation, and the patients with deficiency of the kidney have been so. These show that abnomal menstruation is closely related with anovulation, so we must look out whether abnomal menstruation is caused by anovulation or not when it happens. "Menstruation comes from the kidney", it is important to complement the kidney for ordering menstruation. We should properly enhance essence of the kidney according to the transformable rule between YIN and YANG in the menstrual cycle, which fulls the qi of the kidney, the essence and the blood will grow up synchronously, so that menstruation will come regularly.4. A quite part of the anovulation have abortions, more than half of them have pregnancy problems, which show that people who have pregnancy problems because of abortion account for amost part. Therefore, we should pay attention to the effect on ovulation caused by abortion and avoid improper pregnancy.
