Changes In The Expressions Of MMP-2, TIMP-2, VEGF-C And VEGFR-3 In Cervical Cancer Before And After Chemoembolization

Objective:To observe the expressions of MMP-2,TIMP-2,VEGF-C andVEGFR-3 in cervical cancer,and study the changes of the expressionsbefore and after chemoembolization.Methods:The immunohistochemistry method (SP method) was used toexamine the expressions of MMP-2,TIMP-2,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in10 cases of stageâ… -â…¡invasive cervical carcinoma.Results:After chemoembolization,the expressions of MMP-2, VEGF-Cand VEGFR-3 decreased,and TIMP-2 increased.Conclusions:The changes in the expressions of MMP-2,TIMP-2,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in cervical cancer before and after TACE mayimply that TACE can reduce the rate of recurrence,lymph nodes ofdistant metastasis and subclinical disseminateion.
