Study On The Chromatographic Fingerprint Of Ciwujia Injection And Manyprickle Acanthopanax Root

The ciwujia injection is made by a simple Chinese medicine : Manyprickle Acanthopanax root ,it has wide clinical application.In the study we established the chromatographic fingerprint of ciwujia injection by the method of high performance liquid chromatography, we also do the methodological evaluation, the result certificated that the method we established had a good repeatability and can be one of the controllings of the quality of ciwujia injection.By study the chromatographic fingerprints of lots of samples produced by different companies, we unified the producing technology of ciwujia injection. Then the samples that were produced by the unified technology had almost the same chromatographic fingerprint.Besides that we established the chromatographic fingerprint of ciwujia injection's intermediate and Manyprickle Acanthopanax root, in this way we discovered that they three have close relationship.We investigated the stability of Manyprickle Acanthopanax root which were stored in the laboratory, we finally found that their quality had a little changed. The investigate result illustrated that the method of storing Manyprickle Acanthopanax root in the shed can preserve its ingredients and also can satisfied the quality stability requirement of ciwujia injection.Experiment results: Chromatographic fingerprint can reflect the medicine's quality and it will do the purpose of quality control effectively.
