Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of adenosine stress (99m)~Tc-MIBI myocardial single photon emission computed tomography combined with echocardiography in patients with coronary artery disease compared with coronary angiography.Methods 40 cases were enrolled. Before injected the adenosine, at the end of 3 minutes of adenosine infusion, when stop injection and after stop injection 5 minutes, recorded the two dimensional echocardiogram, observed the left ventricular wall motion. At the end of 3 minutes of adenosine infusion,(99m)~Tc-MIBI was injected intravenously. One hour later stress SPECT myocardial imaging acquisition was obtained after adenosine infusion. Then injected (99m)~Tc-MIBI 20~25mCi and one hour later recorded resting SPECT myocardial imaging.Results: The sensitivity of adenosine stress echocardiography was 82.6%, the specificity was 88.2%, the accuracy was 85.0%.The sensitivity of adenosine stress (99m)~Tc-MIBI myocardial SPECT was 78.3%, the specificity was 82.4%, the accuracy was 80.0%. When the two methods combined, the sensitivity in the diagnosis of vessel disease was increased (4.4%:64.4%, P<0.05; 84.4%:66.7%, P<0.05) .Conclusions: Adenosine stress (99m)~Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion SPECT combined with echocardiography can raise the accuracy of diagnosing coronary artery vessel disease.
