Observation Of Curative Effect Of Levamizole Embrocation In Combination With Lamivudine For Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Levamizole Embrocation in combinationwith Lamivudine for Chronic Hepatitis B.Methods: A total of 69 patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2groups: there were 41 patients in combined group, they were given lamivudine 100mg/day orally.To spread evenly Levamizole Embrocation (produced by Kai Huamedicine LIMited company in Fuzhou, FuJian province, 5ml per bottle) 5ml on thefour limbs and the skin of body twice a week; In lamivudine group, they were givenlamivudine 100 mg/day orally for 12 months.During these days, they could take VC orcompound-VB and so on together. But don't use the medicine that has the effects ofobvious anti-virus, immunity regulation and remarkable degradation enzyme at the sametime. Observation Index: We examined the two groups of patients before thetreatment and after. We collected blood to test HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe,HBV-DNA, ALT, AST, blood routine examination, routine urianlysis and so on before thetreatment and at the 3, 6, 9, 12 months of treatment. In the meanwhile, pay attentionto observing secondary effect after taking medicine.Results: Proportions of HbeAg seroconversion in combined group were 69％. Thecombined group was obviously higher than the treatment group (37.5％). There wassignificant difference between the two groups, p＜0.05.Conclusion:Combining Levamizole Embrocation with Lamivudine for ChronicHepatitis B can improve HBV-DNA and HBeAg to turn negative and repress the copyof Hepatitis B virus.On the other hand, it can improve to normalize the function ofhepatitis B patients and can be applied widely for clinic.
