Mineral Water And Tap Water Of Acanthamoeba Contamination In Yanji City

Objective To survey genus Acanthamoeba in both domestictap water and mineral water in Yanji city of China. And also were isolated from 26.92ï¼…(7/26),7.69ï¼…(2/26),0ï¼…(0/26),0ï¼…(0/26) of mineral watersamples, respectively.From one of 95 (1.05ï¼…)contact lens storage cases, lens casesolution were isolated Acanthamoeba.Conclusions From both domestic tap water and mineralwater detected Acanthamoeba contamination.
